Back pain is very common. Four of every five people have back pain at some point in their lives. And yet, most people don't know what causes it, and what they can do to prevent it.
Almost everyone has experienced a neck pain. It can be either mild and annoying or extremely severe. The most obvious and common cause of a neck pain is awkward positions.

Nine out of ten patients have mechanical back pain and do not require surgery. The majority of these cases need only physical rehabilitation, regular exercise and intermittent, occasional support with medication.
Back pain is one of the most significant complaints in the middle and old ages today, mainly due the lifestyle patterns followed by people. It may be caused due to disproportionate aging of the back in comparison to other body parts, which leads to poor posture, discomfort in sitting, disturbed sleep and so on.
