Vegetable Kathi Roll

Procedure

  1. Make a medium soft dough.
  2. Cut the vegetables into fine juliennes.
  3. Take a non stick frying pan. Use as little oil and cook the vegetables with salt.
  4. Before taking off from the heat, put chat masala and lemon juice.
  5. Make a chapathi with the dough and stuff with the vegetables. You’re done!

Whole wheat 30 gm
Water

55 percent of the wheat

Salt 2 gm

For the stuffing


Cabbage 30 gm
Carrot

10 gm

Green bell pepper 10 gm
Onion 15 gm
Salt 2 gm
Chaat masala 5 gm
Lemon juice 4 ml
