Sweet Dosa

Soak the rice for two hours and grind to the consistency of dosa batter.

Add the jaggery, coconut, banana, cardamom and a pinch of salt and grind. Heat a heavy-bottomed skillet. Grease it with oil.

Pour the batter and spread like a dosa. Cover it with a lid so that it gets cooked with steam.

Turn and fry the other side till they become golden brown.

Serve hot.
  • 1/2 cup rice
  • 1/4 cup jaggery
  • ¼ cup grated coconut
  • 1/2 ripe banana, mashed
  • 2-3 green cardamoms, crushed
  • Salt, a pinch
  • Oil for frying
