  • Soak the grain till sprouts start growing.
  • Roast and grind as flour.
  • Grind soaked urad dal.
  • Mix with soaked ragi flour and leave overnight to facilitate fermentation.
  • Add salt, pour the mixture into greased idli stand and steam. Serve with coconut chutney.
