Seared Scallops With Kinu Orange and Honey Drizzle

  1. Wash the scallops and marinate with salt and olive oil.
  2. Pan sear them till cooked and keep aside.

To make sauce:
  1. Reduce orange juice in a pan to half.
  2. Add honey followed by a little salt as required.
  3. Cooking tips: Do not overcook the scallops, as they would lose their taste. Fresh herbs like basil and cilantro can be also used to bring a twist on the palate.


  • Scallops 3 pieces
  • Olive oil 25 ml
  • Orange juice 100 ml
  • Honey 25 ml
  • Balsamic reduction 50 ml
  • Herb oil, as needed
  • Salt to taste
