Paneer Bhurjee Wrap

Procedure

  1. Gently heat the oil and crackle the cumin seeds in it. Now add onion, paneer, turmeric, chilli powder, and salt to taste.
  2. Roll the dough into a Chapathi of approx 15 cm diameter. Stuff the paneer in the center and close the edges. Cook well on all the sides on a slow fire.
  3. Cut before serving and garnish as required. Serve hot.

For the dough:

Whole wheat 30 gm
Water

55 percent of the wheat

Salt 2 gm

For the stuffing


Paneer (grated cottage cheese) 30 gm
Onion

10 gm

Cumin seeds 2 gm
Cooking oil 2 ml
Turmeric powder 1 gm
Chilli Powder 2 gm
Salt 2 gm
Tomato ketchup 10 m
