Method
  • Roast flour in ghee on slow flame for 3-4 minutes.
  • Add sugar/jaggery and stir well.
  • Let the mixture cool down a little.
  • Start making balls of desired size.
  • Roll the laddoos on bed of sesame seeds and enjoy.

Ingredients
  • Nachani/ragi flour 1cup
  • Powdered sugar/ melted jaggery ½ cup
  • Crushed nuts 2-3 tbsp
  • White sesame seeds 1 tbsp
  • Ghee 2 tbsp
