Carrot Apple Sandwich

Procedure

  • Soften butter and add seasonings
  • Apply prepared butter on both sides of the white bread slice and on one side each of the brown slice.
  • Grate apples and mix with 1 tablespoon cheese spread and apply on the buttered side of one of the brown bread slices. Place the white bread slice over it.
  • Grate carrot and mix with 1 tablespoon cheese spread and place over the other side of white bread slice
  • Cover with the other slice of brown bread.
  • Cover sandwich with a damp cloth and cool in a refrigerator.
  • Trim the edges and cut the sandwich into two triangles and serve.


Ingredients:

Brown bread/Multigrain bread

2 slices

White bread 1 slice
Butter 15 g

Carrot

25 g

Raisins

5 g

Cheese spread

2 tbsp

Red apple

1

Lettuce leaf

1
Salt and pepper ½ tsp
