| Recipes for Knee Pain: Steamed Fish |

Method
- Slice the fish horizontally with medium thickness as to take just the fleshy part without any bones
- Toss the white soya sauce, salt and mushrooms in a pan
- Marinate the fish with this mixture for five minutes.
- Spread the fish with the cabbage, mushroom and spring onions spread on top, for 10 minutes.
- Serve hot

- Morel without bones – ½ kg
- Black mushroom – 4
- Chinese cabbage – 1 leaf
- Spring onions, chopped – one handful
- White Soya Sauce – 1 tsp
- Tasting salt – ½ tsp
