Recipes for Knee Pain: Chicken-Spinach Pasta

Method

  1. Fry chicken nuggets and set aside.
  2. Saute spinach, onion, and garlic in olive oil until spinach is wilted.
  3. Mix vegetable mixture with boiled pasta.
  4. Season with basil, oregano, chilli flakes and salt.
  5. Add the chicken nuggets and toss.
  6. Sprinkle some Parmesan cheese on top.
  7. Serve hot.

Ingredients
  • 250 g chicken nuggets
  • 1½ cups whole-wheat pasta (any style), boiled
  • 1 cup chopped spinach (raw)
  • 1/4 cup onion, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1/2 tsp ginger, grated
  • 1 tsp basil
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • Chilli flakes and salt, to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Parmesan cheese, to garnish
