| Recipes for Knee Pain: Chicken-Spinach Pasta |

Method
- Fry chicken nuggets and set aside.
- Saute spinach, onion, and garlic in olive oil until spinach is wilted.
- Mix vegetable mixture with boiled pasta.
- Season with basil, oregano, chilli flakes and salt.
- Add the chicken nuggets and toss.
- Sprinkle some Parmesan cheese on top.
- Serve hot.

Ingredients
- 250 g chicken nuggets
- 1½ cups whole-wheat pasta (any style), boiled
- 1 cup chopped spinach (raw)
- 1/4 cup onion, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1/2 tsp ginger, grated
- 1 tsp basil
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- Chilli flakes and salt, to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Parmesan cheese, to garnish
