Chicken Schnitzel

Method:
  • Press on the chicken chest with heavy metal to make it thinner
  • Put the chicken chest into maida and put it to deep fry
  • Mix with egg and put it in to deep fry
  • Mix with dry bread crumbs and put in to deep fry
  • Prepare the sauce with mushroom, cream and milk
  • Serve it hot, accompanied with dressing items(like tomato, cucumber, carrot)

Ingredients

  • One Chicken Chest- 250 gms
  • Maida – 20 gms
  • 1 Egg
  • Dry Bread Crumbs – 15 gms
  • French Fries – 10 gms
  • Mushroom – 40 gms
  • Calorie Soy Sauce – 15 gms
  • Milk – 100 ml
  • Cream – 20 ml
  • Rice – 50 gms
  • Dressing Items (tomato,salad, carrot)
