Method
- Mix chicken mince with onion, gingergarlic paste, coriander, cumin, salt and pepper.
- Mix well and add an egg white to bind.
- Make into small balls and thread onto skewers along with wedges of pepper.
- Put on hot barbeque for 5 - 10 minutes turning frequently, till it becomes golden brown.
- Serve hot, with a squeeze of lemon

- 250g chicken, minced
- 1/4 tsp roasted cumin seeds powder
- 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- Salt to taste
- 30g onion, finely chopped
- ¼ tsp ginger-garlic paste
- 2 sprigs fresh coriander, finely chopped
- 1 egg white
- 1 green/red/yellow bell pepper
- 1 lemon
