Tomato Cups Recipe
 




Method
  • Scoop out the tomato pulp. Sprinkle
    salt, red chilli powder and little sugar
    in tomato cups.
  • Sauté chopped veggies, sprouts,
    peas and paneer lightly in olive oil.
    Add the tomato pulp and stir for a
    minute. Add desired spices (powder).
  • Fill the tomato cups with the healthy
    mixture and bake on medium heat
    for 1-2 minutes

Ingredients

  • Ripe tomato (medium sized) 4
  • Sprouted moong ½ cup
  • Chopped carrots, cauliflower and
    French beans ½ cup
  • Boiled peas 2tbsp
  • Fresh paneer or Parmesan cheese
    3 tbsp
  • Spices and oil, as desired
