Parmesan and Chives Potatoes
 


Method

  • Boil potatoes till soft in salted water and drain.
  • Saute onion, garlic, in olive oil; toss in potatoes and cook for few minutes.
  • Remove from flame; add in sour cream, season and top with chives and serve warm.
Ingredients
  • 500 grams baby potatoes peeled and halved 
  • 150 grams Sour cream 
  • 60 grams Onion, chopped fine
  • 15 grams Garlic peeled and chopped 
  • 10 grams Chives,finely chopped 
  • 50 ml Olive oil 
  • Salt and pepper to taste
