Method:Add ghee to the flour. Mix well.
  1. Add a little water to make tight dough. Take a fistful and press together to make a mutthi. Make mutthis out of all the flour.
  2. Deep fry this in ghee on a slow flame till it turns golden brown. Keep aside till it cools down.
  3. Grind this to a coarse powder.
  4. Add the sugar.
  5. Grind the cardamom and saffron and add to this. Mix well. Serve with hot daal.

Wheat flour)  ---   600 gms
Ghee)  ---   150 gms
Ghee)  ---   three tablespoons, to fry
Powdered Suga)  ---   r 600 gms
Cardamom)  ---   to taste
Saffron)  ---   to taste
