Bruschetta

Method

  • Toast the bread slices in oven till light brown
  • Cut the tomatoes in half and deseed them
  • Chop onions into small cubes
  • Mix together the tomatoes, oil, salt, pepper, onions, garlic and basil leaves.
  • Please on toast and serve 

Ingredients

  • 6 slices of French bread
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 3 cloves of garlic, chopped
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 3 tablespoons basil leaves chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
