Method:
  • Make a dough by mixing all the dry ingredients except the unsalted butter.
  • Once fully mixed add the butter and knead to a smooth dough.
  • Let the dough ferment for 1 hour, knead and again rest it for 15 minutes.
  • Shape the dough and bake it at 220 degrees for 20- 25 minutes.
