Besan and Spinach Parantha

Method:
  • Mix wheat flour, besan, chopped onion, green chilli and spinach, salt and chilli powder.
  • Make a soft dough using water and leave it aside for some time.
  • Divide the dough into 3 balls.
  • Roll each ball into small rounds, apply a little oil, fold it and roll it again using dry flour.
  • Heat tawa. Cook the parantha on hot tawa.

Ingredients


Wheat flour  

50 g

Besan 30 g
Onion, chopped 25 g

Spinach or methi

50 g

Green chilli, chopped

1 small

Salt to taste

Oil to shallow fry

 

Red chilli powder to taste
