Method
- Heat the milk in a kadai, add sweetener, and when the syrup forms a string, add the kaju powder.
- Keep stirring so that no lumps are formed. Cook on a low flames, and add the ghee in regular intervals.
- When the mixture leaves the sides of the kadai and starts to bubble in the middle, remove from heat, pour on a greased plate and coat it with silver foil. While it is still warm, cut into pieces and remove once cool.
